The SXU-1 is a simple, single-channel lens handheld that can be used to control focus, iris or zoom. It can be used in addition to the WCU-4 for separate aperture control, for example in situations where fine exposure settings are required during camera movements. Alternatively, it can be used with the SMC-1 Single Motor Controller for low-cost productions that do not require wireless multi-axis lens control.

Compatible with all ALEXA Plus, Studio models or with Universal Motor Controller UMC-3A for use with cameras from other manufacturers.
