This is a set of shims from ARRI for an PL mount like the K2.0003216, which can be used with the ARRI ALEXA Mini and AMIRA cameras. Due to the large number of products on the market, it is difficult to say whether other PL mounts can also be adjusted with this.
These shims are used to correct the flange focal distance of the camera mount. Please note, however, that a correction of the camera mount affects all lenses and is usually only changed in rare cases.
